How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.  Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate.  Your signature is required at receipt.

What is your return policy?

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges on any jewelry product.

Do you offer local pick up?

We do not offer local pick-up.

Do you do custom work?

At this time we do not offer custom work as Sydni is busy creating her current collection...

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.  We ship via Expedited Shipping (estimated 3-9 days) with Canada Post or Purolator/FedEx.

Where do you ship to?

⁠USA and Canada only. International they need to send us an email for shipping rates

Do you offer warranty or repairs?
